LOL why cut off the outro solo. 😅
Some old guy with spjders brought me here.
Stop using the same chords however
Well done
Fuck I loved the 90's!
i'm firmly in the Chris Helme camp. this band could only be this band with him in it. i presume many of these lyrics are his, and his voice can't be matched and is what makes the band so epic
2 GOOD + 2 BE _________ = 4 GOTTEN
One day when I was 15, I heard a song on the radio. I don't understand English well. At the time, I heard the main line of the song, "You can control me," and I never listened to the song again. After that, I kept trying to find the song, but I never found it until one day, when I was over 40 years old. That day, as I lay in my room, the peace and cool breeze, I became a 15 year old listening to this song again. But what is different is I can listen to English better. What I heard was "You can talk to me" That’s why I’m Here
Was lucky enough to see the seahorses in 97 at Manchester Academy, still the best gig I ever been to [ apart from the Stone Roses) still got my ticket stub!
I know it was down to 'EGOS' (Isn't it always?) But what an amazing band these were! Chris and John really disliked each other but they did some great songs together! dx
The fella nailed the vocals from waters run deep.. power and beautiful
Great opening riff . Gem from the 90s 🎶✨️⚘️
Still a banger in 2024. That intro is more John Squire than Stone Roses John Squire
Shirehorses version was good too
First time hearing this song, fxxking amazing, I love it
Southgate says Bruno Ady is a crackhead who thinks he can sell dragons to wizzards

Underrated tune! Classic
Cracking tune
A lot of people would have problems with these lyrics these days. Its funny how my generation seems to have been peak freedom.
John Rattray! ❤❤❤
I haven't stopped listening to this, it's amazingly good. Just shows you how timeless good music is. I can't play the guitar, wish I could, would love to be able to play that opening riff. I think I'd buy a guitar if it was possible to play that riff with confidence, it's fantastic!
When music was um, real music! 👏🎼
Honestly, seriously, what an amazing band...and that guitar sound! What can I say? John Squire is absolutely incredible! Why is it that bands like Seahorses come and go? The Stone Roses, just two albums. Seahorses, excellent, excellent, excellent! Reform! Although, that said, the link-up with Liam Gallagher, another great, can only be welcomed...and a number one album. Brilliant! I'd love to learn more about John Squire, an interesting man if ever there was one, living the life and playing the most amazing guitar. How, I wonder, does somebody become THAT good at guitar playing. It's inspiring. I've always yearned to buy and learn how to play bass, but Squire's guitar playing has made me think differently. If I could get anywhere close to that sound I'd be forever a happy man. Great song, Love is Blind and so is the rest. I might rebuy vinyl, get myself a turntable and float off into space.
The best lyrics 👌
2024 coooooome on
Bought their album on release and still love it. Gutted that this song isn't on it. How I've never heard it before is beyond me as i absolutely love this song.
what a fantastic tune..the lyrics are pure poetry..never heard of this group until now.
Doesn't get better than this if you like the Manchester vibe. Someone said If the Roses had done this song the fans would be wanking over it. I agree.
PLEASE can some1. Say you understand like me.... a deeper meaning
Still here listening 😊
This is a banger of a tune.
Love the tone, love the groove. Super British. Super Cool.
'Love is the law.'

Amazing Tune! Manchester meets Yorkshire! dx
